Dr. Sarah E. v. Clark is the author of Architecture of a Life and the creator of Structural Life Design. Her work grew out of a simple question: Why can a good life still require so much effort to maintain? With a background in natural and functional medicine, holistic health, business, and education, Sarah has spent years looking beneath visible problems to understand the systems creating them. Through marriage, motherhood, work, illness, recovery, and changing seasons, she came to see that many pressures are not simply problems of discipline or productivity. Sometimes the problem is structural. That insight became Structural Life Design, a way of examining what is actually carrying the weight in our relationships, homes, work, health, time, and commitments. Sarah holds a PhD in Natural Medicine and a Doctor of Functional Medicine. Her goal is not to help people carry more, but to help them build lives strong enough to carry what matters and still be present enough to enjoy them
